Data we collect

We collect sample-request and client contact details, company website, recruitment specialism, target geography, lead-profile information, payment status, project records, and delivery information needed to respond and perform the service. Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider and are not stored by SearchFirm Leads.

Business research data

Opportunity files are prepared from public business sources. A record may include a company, public hiring or expansion signal, source URL, professional role, public business-contact path, research note, and review date. We do not sell candidate CV databases or request sensitive personal information.

Use

Information is used to assess sample requests, communicate, perform research, deliver purchased work, maintain the client portal, prevent abuse, process corrections or objections, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and access

Sample requests, project records, and approved delivery files are stored in access-controlled systems. Do not submit passwords, card data, private candidate files, medical data, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Corrections, objections, and retention

Clients and relevant business contacts may request correction, suppression, or deletion subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and suppression requests.
